Usage

This PVG solid woven conveyor belt is vulcanized by adding rubber cover on the basis of flame resistant PVC solid conveyor belt. The whole fabric core layer is made of cotton yarn and nylon or polyester fiber, and then woven with the weft of more than three layers of the whole fabric structure, and then plasticized by impregnated PVC core paste.

Characteristics

Vulcanized PVG solid woven conveyor belt has the characteristics of high strength, large volume, transportation balance, etc. At the same time, the product has good flame retardant, anti-static, anti-impact, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties. The strip body is not delamination, impact resistance, small elongation, tear resistance, suitable for long distance transportation.
