3.Hydraulic System:Hydraulic oil recycling ,it requires less air and energy saving , Keep sure stable forming plate. Normal hydraulic Cylinder pressure is up to 5T to meet the requirements of different thickness paper plate forming.lt is adopted with fan cooling system to Reduce the temperature and make it longer service life.

4.Conveyor System:The finished plates are transferred by the conveyor which is easier for collecting the plate

A:We have only half finished machine (no mould) in stock.The mould design is customized as each customer requirementThe mould production costs 20 days,10 days for the installation.The delivery time is 30-35 days after the deposit payment .

Q4. One machine is with just one mould or several mould? Can we make difference size of the cup in one machine?
A:One machine is installed one full set mould for free. You canbuy extra half set mould (easy to change) or full setmould. We only recommend to change 1-3 sets half set mould(with same bottom diameter size) in one machine .

Q5.How can I install the machine and get training servicesin my country?
A:The machine will be finished installation and tested runningperfectly before the delivery . You will get the completemachine which is finished installation. We will provide the fulloperation and training Videos to guide you to run the machineAnyone can install the machine and operate it easily.

Q6. What terms of payment you usually use?
A:T/T 30% deposit and 70% before machine loading, Western Union, L/C at sight.
