High Temperature Food Grade Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Gratex Conveyor Belt For Food Industry

It is very popular to transport small parts and heavy load for gratex weave belts, which is made of spiral wire and rods, it is very similar to balance weave belt but with differences, the spiral wire is weaved very tight, and the rod is straight wire, the left spiral wire and right spiral wire link tightly. Compared with balance weave belts, it has more stronger and strength construction with small open; So it is very suitable for small parts and heavy load duty. With the resistant high temperature material, it is very suitable for sintering, heat treating, brazing, annealing and glass furnace oven as wire mesh belts.

The left-wound and right wound spiral are alternately arranged and jointed with the straight rods. If the rod pitch is less than two-fold spiral pitch, the belts are called A2. If the rod pitch is equal to or greater than two-fold spiral pitch, the belts are called F2.
