4. With thermostat,it is to turn on the power when enviorment temperature drop to 0℃, and then turn on power when enviorment temperature rise up to 5℃

If the thermostat and the USB plug been placed at the same end, where the power supply is, the end that is inside the bag and is the least likely to reach frozen temperatures.

When test the heating pad, the envioment temperature is equal or below 5℃.

For example, put the thermostat into the refrigerator.

Becuase when the envioment temperature is above 5℃, you can not feel heating because the thermostat cut off the power already.
