Work Principle:
According to the equipment requirements, the vaporization rate of
the vaporizer is 80Kg/hr, and the vaporization is carried out by
heating water with electricity and then heating liquid ammonia with
water.
The vaporizer uses Solid-state relay heating form for power output
to avoid long-term switching action, ensure the reliability of
vaporization, and also save energy.
The vaporization temperature of the vaporizer is generally set at
35 to 40 °C, so as to ensure that ammonia enters the decomposition
furnace in gaseous form and prevent liquid ammonia from entering
the decomposition furnace and causing nickel Catalyst poisoning.
Main Feature:
Cracking tube: The working environment of the ammonia decomposition
furnace is in a high temperature and high corrosion environment. In
order to ensure the service life of the furnace and the long-term
stable operation of the entire decomposition furnace, our
company's cracking tube inner liner is made of high-quality
heat-resistant stainless steel 310S material (0Cr25Ni20), imported
plate rolled and welded, TIG welded, U-shaped structure, and can be
used for a long time.
Heating chamber: The heating chamber is heated by low watt density
pure alloy heating wires and can work for a long time. The heating
wire adopts a hot swappable installation method, which can be
replaced without stopping the air flow.
Catalyst: The catalyst is a high-temperature nickel catalyst
produced by Southwest Chemical Research Institute, with a long
service life, high decomposition efficiency, and very ideal
decomposition gas xenon index.
Thermal insulation material: the thermal insulation material of the
heating room is composed of light Aluminium silicate fiber formed
by vacuum suction filtration, which has good heat insulation effect
and high thermal insulation efficiency, and can reduce the use cost
of users.
Pressure reducing valve: Made from FTSHER from the United States,
with stable Leli, ensuring safe physical use.
Temperature control: There are two digital display controllers and
adjustable K-type thermocouples. These instruments provide the
most advanced microcomputer design, set point temperature or
control adjustment, and use well-known domestic brands of pneumatic
components.
