Features:

1. Used for automatic assembly of iodophor cap for peritoneal dialysis external extension tube end, infection cap for infusion connector and catheter.

2. The sealing can be automatically welded aluminum foil or automatically assembled caps (designed according to customer requirements). Aluminum foil can be automatically punched into rolls, or punched and shaped for direct welding of incoming materials.
3. All materials of the equipment are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, in line with GMP requirements.
4. The main power is composed of servo motor + reducer, doing intermittent movement. When assembling the products, the fixture is in a static state, and the product qualification rate is high.

5.Customize the carousel type or loop type production equipment according to the actual production capacity of customers.
6. Each assembly process is equipped with corresponding inspection function to ensure high quality and qualified product assembly rate.
