Product Description

This product is a fully synthetic and environmentally friendly wire cutting fluid. It uses an environmentally friendly formula and does not contain harmful ingredients such as chlorine, phenols and nitrites. It can replace traditional emulsions. It is used for wire EDM processing of various metal materials. It has good cleaning, cooling, lubrication and anti-rust properties. The cut surface of the processed products is bright, rust-free and easy to clean.

Recommended concentration ratio for use

Use the ratio 1:10-15. When cutting thick parts (200-500mm), the recommended ratio is 1:5, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Precautions for use

1. When using it for the first time, the water tank and pipes of the equipment must be cleaned before adding new liquid;
2. Use clean tap water to prepare the solution. Do not let other chemicals contaminate the working fluid, otherwise it may affect the use effect of the product;
3. Regularly skimming off the floating dirt on the surface of the cutting fluid and adding new fluid can help extend the service life of the working fluid and ensure the processing effect;
4. When replenishing new working fluid, the water and original solution must be fully stirred evenly before adding to the water tank;
5. Regularly use a refractometer to detect the concentration of the working fluid. If the concentration becomes low, the concentration of the fluid must be appropriately increased before adding it to increase the concentration of the original working fluid;
6. Do not add water or original solution directly into the working fluid to avoid uneven concentration of the working fluid and affect the overall effect of the working fluid;
7. The specific usage concentration and frequency of adding new working fluid will vary according to the on-site usage environment. Users should make adjustments based on their own actual conditions.

Storage and packaging

Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from sunlight and rain;

The shelf life is 18 months at room temperature and stored as general chemicals;
