There are two methods of pipe cleaning: water and air washing. Whether it is washed or air washed, the valve housing and hopper should be cleaned. When washing, put the cement bag and the cleaning ball into the cleaned cone successively, connect the cone and pipe, close the discharge door, and then fill the hopper with water (keep the water source constant). Pump water until the cleaning ball emerges from the front end of the delivery pipe. Gas washing, namely compressed air blowing, is to plug the water-soaked cleaning ball into the inlet air washing joint first, and then connect the first straight pipe connected with the reducer, and connect the safety cover at the end of the pipeline, and the safety cover should face down. Control the pressure of compressed air does not exceed 0.8MPa, the air valve should be slowly opened, and the air valve can be opened only when the concrete can flow out smoothly.
