Product Information

The Allen-Bradley 1756-OF8K is a ControlLogix analog output module.

Eight voltage or current outputs are available with this 20-pin module

and it has a conformal coating. It has voltage and current ranges of -

10.4-10.4V and 0-21 mA.

The 1756-OF8K module also has resolutions of 15 bits across 21-650

mA/bit and 15 bits across 10.4-320 V/bit. It can be installed to the

1756-TBNH and the 1756-TBSH removable terminal blocks.

Features of 8-point modules like the 1756-OF8K module include

synchronized input sampling across all the modules in a CIPSynch

system, channel status and fault LED indication, increased accuracy,

repeatability, and stability over the temperature ranges, CIPSynch

-enabled (allowing timestamping in PTP), fast input sampling (1 ms)

of the floating point values, faster output response times, increased

precision with 24 bits of useable resolution, and no need for field

calibration.
