Baishengjuhe been appointed by Hunland to design and construct a turn-key, state-of-the-art pig farm in Hungary.

On behalf of Hunland, a global leader in livestock export/import, baishengjuhe designed and construct a new, turn-key sow farm in Hungary, The whole project can broadly be divided in four main buildings, of which two buildings accommodate the pigs. One of the two stables is a 2-story building of which the entire top floor is equipped for the housing of piglets. The ground floor of the stable is divided in departments for farrowing, gilts production and departments for mating and early gestation. The 2-story building has a useable floor surface of 18.313 sqm. The other stable that accommodates pigs is a stable for gestation and gilts production with a total usable floor surface of 7.300 sqm.
Installation and Debugging
A feed tower is a storage device suitable for large and medium farms. The feeding equipment is provided at its outlet and has the function of regularly transporting feed to the piggery. Our common tower is composed of silo body, silo clamshell, ladder and column. The feed tower is not actually a cylinder, because the lower cone has a perspective hole, so you can observe the height of the feed in the bin.

FARROWING CRATE FOR SOWS

The farrowing crate accommodation is excellent for maintaining control of the body movements of the sow near her piglets. With optimum dimensions and smooth edges, the sow cannot be hurt. juhe´s farrowing crates have different accessories according to the customer's needs.

SLAT FOR SOWS

The slat designed by juhe for sows, is made of high-quality polypropylene to withstand the extreme pressure constantly applied by the sow.Its design creates excellent support for the sow when standing up and when sitting down, with no unnecessary connection gaps, which prevents the animal's hooves from damage.

VOLUMETRIC DISPENSER

The 6 - 7 L feed dispenser is ideal for extreme climates thanks to its state-of-the-art injection. It has a bi-directional and anti-fall guidance ball to control the feed volume, in addition to a measuring slider which clearly positions the dispensed amounts. These components control and restrict the feed to make production more precise. It is generally supplied unassembled.

BUOY FEED DISPENSER

A common problem with dispensers is feed overflows when the animal insistently hits the tubing connected to the feed line. The shape and fitting of the buoy has been developed to allow the feed to move with minimum friction. Together this allows a greater number of dispensers to be automated all in the same system.

INFRARED HEATING LAMP

The infrared lamp heats the piglets directly, providing the necessary temperature conditions for optimal development. The reflector can be configured in transparent polycarbonate or aluminium with an activation switch. The lamps have a maximum power of 250w.

Cooling modules in stainless steel

The evaporative module cooling system is very durable, set with either 10 cm or 15 cm thick evaporative cooling pads, frames made of stainless or galvanised steel. Greater farm dimensions can be controlled and cooled, achieving a better relationship between efficiency and investment.

Automatic Manure Removal System For Pigs

This automatic manure removal system is independently researched and developed by our company, its application in pig farm can greatly save labor work. More than 95% manure cleaning rate makes sure clean and safe environment for pigs.

Ventilation Fan

Advanced design:reasonable angle of blade without deformation and break makes sure maximum air flow.microcomputer aided manufacturing system allows the fan to achieve its best performance. High quality materials FRP used make sure highly corrosion-resistant of fans.

Sow farm

With the new farm Hunland is expected to increase their annual piglet production with approx. 120.000 piglets. The pig farm is being constructed on a location near the main office of Hunland in Bugyi. The buildings in the project contain a total usable floor surface of over 27.000 sqm, with room for 4.080 sows, 18.380 piglet places and 875 places for gilt production.
