High Strength Titanium Alloy Crucibles Grade 5/Grade 7 Description

Grade 5 Titanium alloy, also known as Ti-6Al-4V, is mainly composed of 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and 90% titanium. It maintains good performance in high temperature and low temperature environment, is not easy to deform or damage, and is the most commonly used material in the manufacture of high-quality mechanical parts and aerospace equipment.
Grade7 Is an alloy material composed of titanium and palladium metal elements, in which the addition of a small amount of palladium elements significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in the reducing medium, and improves the gap corrosion resistance in the high chloride ion concentration medium.
High Strength Titanium Alloy Crucibles Is made of titanium alloy material through powder metallurgy and casting process, mainly used for melting, solidification and refining sapphire growth furnace, quartz glass smelting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnace single crystal.
