with a mold size of 270465356mm. The gate type used is a pin point gate combined with a
submarine gate. The mold has a life expectancy of 500k shots and
weighs 357kg. It is designed to be used with an injection molding
machine of 200T. |
The part produced by this mold is made of PA (transparent) and PA +
60% GF (black), with a weight of 2.2g and dimensions of 26.42 X
42.24 X 5.79mm. The surface finish of the mold includes an A
