Structure instruction

• Roll temperature adjusting device

Adopt powerful revolving joint with high pressure hose and add stop valve for feed-water management, it is easy to make maintenance due to movable joint, besides, all the inlet pipe can be connected easily with coupling flange.

• Reducer

Adopt special leakage protection device and built-in water cooling system, and it is clearer when add oil due to oil level display device. With alloy steel hardened tooth surface for all the reducers, the gear grinding machining precision can reach 6 grade . In addition, the appearance is beautiful and the noise is lower due to bath lubrication.

• Frame and gland bush

Adopt welding structure with annealing treatment , realize machine finishing without internal stress.

• Roller

With higher chilled cast iron for casting, the hardness of surface with a layer of chilled and hardness layer is too high can reach HS70⁰±2⁰, while for the inner, it is high tenacity cast iron, and it is hollow for inside drum which can be used for cooling water pass or steam heating.

• Bearing

With easy-disassembly conicity self-aligning roller bearing (American TWB Brand), it is easy to make maintenance for it in future.

• Main motor

America KDS or SIEMENS.BIDE Brand

• Lubrication devices

Set overflow pipe and oil drip box for forcible oil pressure thin oil lubrication system imported oil pressure assembly from Taiwan, and so it is easy to make maintenance in future.

• Stock Blender (Optional)

With AC frequency –changing motor, it is easy to adjust the pulling speed. When restart the machine, the last speed can be used again; by oil hydraulic tie-rod folding back device and lead limit switch, the right and left swing travel can be adjusted optionally with stable running and high reliability. There is MC nylon ring fixed onto both sides of pressing roller and set end closure for roller end surface, besides, the anti-reverse tipping gear is fixed as well (The roller can be raised by 100mm), and the right and left bracket is treated by

chromeplating .

• Guide plate

Adopt double side hydraulic movable guide plate with steel plate welding support, and the material is nylon, in addition. The gap with the previous roller can be kept by minimum.

• Emergency stop apparatus

Button: Each for back, forwards and right, left inside (4 in all). You may choose.

a. back and forwards guy ropes each(2 in all);

b. back and forward foot switch each (2 in all)

• Base

Adopt steel plate welding structure with machining after annealing.

• Braking device

With electric hydraulic block brake, it can reverse automatically after braking, besides, the time can be adjustable.

• Auto folding back device (Optional)

With AC frequency –changing motor, it is easy to adjust the pulling speed.
