DESCRIPTION

SSI offers aeration tubes and their accessories (saddles, threaded stubs) in a variety of lengths and diameters. Although generally not as efficient as aeration discs, aeration tubes are often the most economical choice of all aerator types, especially the 3.6 "x39 diameter (91mm x 1000mm) size, because of their greater size and aeration capacity compared to an aeration disc, requiring fewer stubs, fewer supports and shorter installation time. If you want to design a microporous aeration system, aeration tubes are more suitable for you from an economic point of view.

SSl aeration tubes are characterized by high oxygen transfer efficiency, low-pressure loss and quick and easy installation, using less energy to operate and lower maintenance costs.

Our aeration tubes are available in a choice of membrane materials, including our patented PTFE membrane. The one-piece lightweight but robust ABS makes handling during installation easy and can withstand temperature environments up to 100°C.

Installation Method

SSI tube aerator can be installed on PVC or stainless branch pipe through Saddle connection, Nipple connection, etc
