Manufacturing Process

Established in 2006, Xi'an Machinery & Engineering Import & Export Co.,Ltd.（XMEC) is the successor to Shaanxi Marine and Engineering Import & Export Co., Ltd., which is specialized in importing & exporting mechanical and electrical products, complete equipment, various kinds of vessels and ships, marine equipment and port machinery, electronic and electric products, instruments and meters, minerals and metals, light industrial products, etc. XMEC also engages in different trading activities such as import and export of techniques and overseas project contracting.

We mainly produce Chrome steel ball (AISI52100, 100Cr6, GCr15, GCr15SiMn, SUJ2), Stainless steel ball (201, 304, 316, 420, 420C, 440C, 430), Carbon steel ball (1015, 1010, 1045, 1085), Tungsten carbide ball etc., Especially from 7.9375 mm - 82.55 mm high precision size chrome steel balls which are our principal products and used mostly for Wind Turbine Bearing, Slewing Ring Bearing and also the Bearing. The accuracy range of the steel balls we provide is from G10- G1000.

Based on customer’s requirement, the steel balls could be produced according to China Standard GB/T 308.1, International Standard ISO 3290, America Standard ANSI/ABMA Std. 10A, Germany Standard DIN 5401, Japan Standard JIS B 1501 etc.
