The screw type sludge dewatering machine utilizes the principle of screw extrusion, which generates strong extrusion pressure through changes in screw diameter and pitch, as well as friction between the moving ring and the fixed ring, to squeeze out water in the sludge and achieve sludge dewatering. Introduction
The multi plate screw press developed by our company has passed
ISO9000 and CE certification, following the principles of forced
water flow, thin layer dehydration, moderate pressure, and extended
sludge dewatering path. It can effectively treat low concentration
sludge and oily sludge, with low energy consumption and convenient
operation. The multi plate spiral press achieves efficient
dewatering of sludge.
Functional Principle
Layers of spacers, fixed and moving rings construct the dewatering
cylinder. Moving rings, which are slightly smaller than the outer
diameter of the screw and slightly narrower than the spacers, are
located between the fixed rings. Edge of the screw pushes these
moving rings in continuous circular motion.
The moving rings continuously clean sludge out of the gaps,
prevents clogging and reduces the use of rinsing water.
