Polyurethane tensioned screens offer the wear life of a polyurethane panel in a hooked section, so no deck conversion is required. The panel is provided with steel hooks for lateral tensioning and can be adapted to any type of screening system. It is a good choice for many vibrating machine.

1.Due to the elastic polyurethane screen panel use wire rope as skeleton material, it has a larger bearing capacity, higher screening efficiency, and lower noise.

2.Polyurethane itself has very elastic modulus as well as absorb the impact of high strength , its carrying capacity is 2.5 times more than rubber panel.

3.Excellent abrasion resistance performance and long service life.

4.Corrosion resistance, nonflammable, environmental-protection.

5.Polyurethane screen panel is self-cleaning and improves the screening efficiency.

6. Service life is 8-10 times higher than the common metal mesh and 3 times than the stainless steel mesh.

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
