According to customer's demand, we will first determine the efficient and reliable equipment technical information, including drawings, data, models and configurations. Once the joint discussion plan been confirmed, a legal document (supply contract) would be signed. Then we will arrange the equipment production, including cutting, welding, assembly, and factory commissioning according to the technical drawings.

After finishing the factory commissioning, we will inform the customer to come and do the acceptance test. If the equipment passes the test, it will be disassembled and packaged, and the container will be ready to be loaded and shipped out to the port. Then the customer should arrange the factory personnel to arrive at the customer's site within a week after receiving the equipment. We will then complete the entire service of the device installation and acceptance.

The gearbox adopts a domestic famous brand heavy-duty gearbox. The overall machine is fitted with a remote maintenance module and all equipment far away overseas can be monitored through the Internet. Operation mode is fool-like, simple, and the transmission parts are geared, stable, efficient, and have a longer service life.
