Hot dipped GI steel sheet and coil is a type of carbon steel that has been coated in zinc. This is done using a process known as hot-dipping, which causes a layer of zinc to form on each side of the steel sheet or coil. This layer forms an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer when heated steel is combined with molten zinc.
