1. Metal structure

• The main beam is a box structure beam welded with steel plates. The end beams are rolled into U-shaped channel steel with steel plates, and then assembled into box beams. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main end beams are connected together by high-strength bolts.

2. Electric hoist:

3. Operating mechanism:

• This product adopts a separate driving method, and the driving brake is completed by a conical brake motor. The transmission is driven by a "one open and one closed" gear. The closed gear part is decelerated by using a 5t cone hoist to run the car. machine.

4. Electrical equipment:

• The running motors used in this product are single-speed tapered squirrel-cage motors (for operating speeds of 20, 3 m / min) and tapered wire-wound motors (for operating speeds of 45 m / min). The two types vary with the type of operation. There are two types of electrical control. The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as helix limit switch, end limit switch, etc.
