Description

Burgeon retractable seating is quiet to operate, strong in its design and widely used for multipurpose sport hall. Every parts including our slant frame engineering geometry has been designed to enhance the system’s operation strength and stability.

1. Seat Modules: 460mm minimum spacing, below-molded, high density polyethylene modules in mono tone colors provided with a scuff resistant textured.

2. Comfort Profile: The Seat and the back have been designed with anatomically contoured seat surface using blow molded construction that allows form-fit deflection for maximum spectator comfort.

3. Melody Chair metal brackets are bolted to the plywood decks at the centre's detailed on the drawing. Bolts with Nyloc Nuts and washers are to be used.

4. Number Plates: Seat module shall have recessed pockets to accept seat number plates.

Platfrom Type

In order to meet different spaces request, burgeon retractable seating provides various platform types, like wall attached unit, portable unit, recessed unit etc. These platform types enhance the flexibility and applicability of the seating.

1) Recessed Unit

This retractable seating system utilises a pocket in the wall to store the bleacher when closed. The seating bleachers once closed, the ends may or may not be exposed, and the bleachers are hidden from view typically under a recess, balcony or mezzanine.

2) Travelling Unit

It is a hybrid of recessed and portable units. Travelling units use integral power to drive the entire bank from one setup position to another. Set-up time is greatly reduced compared to individual portable sections.

3) Retractable seating platform can be customized according to your project.

Operation Way

1) Manual Operation

Operating Handles: Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD steel tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

2) Power Operation

A. Integrated Power: Furnish and install an integral automatic electro-mechanical powered frame propulsion system, to open and close telescopic seating.

B. Motion Monitor: Provide flashing light with self-contained warning horn mounted to the telescopic seating for audio and visual warning during integral power operation.

C. Electrical: Provide all wiring within seating bank including remote control device.

D. Electrical Switchboard and Enclosure: Provide a complete switchboard and enclosure with each seating bank.
