Polyester powder coating is weathering resistant. It is made from carboxyl polyester resin.

Polyester powder coating is mainly applied to air conditioners, crust of park appliance, lamp house, open furniture, and so on.

Product series

Polyester powder coating can be categorized into two groups: with TGIC or without TGIC. It can produce the product of high gloss (above 80 percent), sub-gloss (20-50 percent), and the matt. The gloss can also be adjusted according to the client's instruction.

Application

Suitable for all kinds of products such as household appliances, instruments, meters medical devices,
automotive components, metal furniture, fitness equipment, indoor decorative painting, etc.
Also apply to a variety of equipment, pipes, pipe fittings and other requirements of corrosion coating.

Minimum – 35 microns
Preferred – 55 microns
Maximum – 65 microns
