Specification

1. The oil pump can not start, manual can not work:

(1) The zero line is not fixed. The voltmeter shows more than 200V normal, and more than 200V is a zero line fault.

(2) The emergency stop button is locked. Rotate clockwise to release.

2. The oil pump can be started and cannot be manually operated: The hand auto button is not in the manual position or it is damaged.

3. Manually normal, but no automatic:

(1) The automatic hand knob is not in the automatic position or is damaged. The start button is damaged.

(2) The knife is not reversed at the upper limit or upper and lower limits.

(3) The mold is not reversed at the upper limit or upper and lower limits.

(4) Data setting error.

4. The knife keeps going up and the pump is blocked:

(1) The upper limit is improperly adjusted or the switch is damaged. .

(2) K1 and K2 are reversed.

(3) The solenoid valve is stuck. Turn off the oil pump and press the knife to cut off the knife. When you hear the sound of “click”, turn on the pump and raise the knife to the upper limit position.

5. The knife keeps moving downwards and holds the pump:

(1) The adjustment of the lower limit is improper or the switch is damaged.

(2) The solenoid valve is stuck. Turn off the oil pump, and press the knife to cut off the knife. When you hear the “click” sound, turn on the pump to raise the knife to the upper limit position.

6. The mold keeps going upwards and holds the oil pump:

(1) The upper limit is improperly adjusted or the switch is damaged.

(2) K3 and K4 reversed.

(3) The solenoid valve is stuck. Turn off the oil pump and press down on the lift and pressure type respectively. When you hear the “click” sound, turn on the pump to raise the mold to the upper limit position.

7. The mold keeps going downwards and holds the pump:

(1) The adjustment of the lower limit is improper or the switch is damaged.

(2) K3 and K4 reversed.

(3) The solenoid valve is stuck. Turn off the oil pump and press down the pressure boosting type. When you hear the sound of “click”, turn on the pump and raise the knife to the upper limit position.
