Notes for product use:
Only reasonable and correct use of a good product can effectively improve work efficiency, but also ensure the service life of the product:
1. The pressure of crushing pliers shall be controlled within the specified range when used. If the pressure is too high, it is easy to damage the oil seal and other parts of the oil cylinder.
2. The teeth of the forceps head are wear-resisting head. When wear occurs in use, wear-resisting welding wire should be used in time to prevent serious wear and tooth head from being worn off.
3. Before the first use of new equipment, each grease nozzle should be thoroughly filled with butter until overflow, and hit at least 2 times per shift when used again. When using, it is required to bite with force, not side bias bite, and regularly maintain and replace the oil cylinder seal in time. (The oil seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace the oil seal once every 6-12 months according to the customer's use frequency. The damage of the oil seal is easy to strain the oil cylinder and cannot be repaired.)
4. After stopping the operation, timely check whether the bolt of the pipe joint and the oil cylinder is loose due to the collision of the seat caused by long time work, and find the phenomenon of oil leakage and
Bolt loosening can be manually tightened with after rods to avoid unnecessary losses!
5. When crushing pliers are placed for a long time, the oil cylinder can not suppress pressure and withdraw the oil cylinder for placement.
