Product Description:

SMC's KQG2 stainless steel range is designed to meet the highest of standards when it comes to critical requirements such as resistance to corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures. Compared with the existing KQG series, the KQG2 fittings are 30% smaller and 62% lighter, and come in diameters from 3.2mm to 16mm.

Not only are these fittings resistant to corrosion, they are also capable of performing in a range of pressure environments (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature conditions (-5°C to +150°C). This makes them ideal for use with compressed air, water and even steam.

What helps SMC's KQG2 series stand out against the competition is the superior degree of corrosion resistance provided by SUS316 stainless steel. Compared to grade 304 stainless steel, this grade provides higher pitting and corrosion resistance properties. This makes it perfect for use in chloride-rich environments.

Features:

This product is extremely compact and light, comparing with its predecessor KQGL06-01S. Its body is composed of stainless steel 316, and its seal parts are special FKM. It can be applied in various material of tubes, such as FEP, PFA, Nylon, Soft Nylon, Polyurethane, or Polyolefin. The functional temperature range is between -5 and 150°c, and it is both grease-free and steam -compatible.

Applicable Tubing:

Note 1) For soft nylon tubing, water cannot be used.

Note 2) Consult with SMC regarding applicable tube separately.

Note 3) Avoid using in a vacuum holding application such as a leak tester, since there is leakage.

Note 4) Check the operating pressure range and operating temperature range of the tubing.

Note 5) It is recommended that you use the inner sleeve in the following conditions (Except Ø3.2):

We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some

unexpected problems

1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days after

receiving the goods,
buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for

identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one year

(not included those

damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ).

A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any products returned in "used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems, we
will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don't plan to make a new order in
the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new product. If
there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will solve it as soon as we get.
