HTC63n series horizontal CNC lathe can be selected with 45° integral inclined bed, casting by resin sand process, reasonable internal rib layout, wide guide surface, high overall rigidity of the bed, with good torsional performance, smooth chip removal advantages

A:High rigidity

It adopts 45° and 75° high-rigidity integral inclined bed, and all castings are optimized by finite element
method, which effectively eliminates vibration during machine operation and cutting, enhances reliability, and is easy to
maintain, enabling customers to obtain durable and stable processing quality.

All parts of the machine tool adopt precision grinding parts from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad. The advanced structural design and perfect process measures make the overall layout compact, harmonious, and good rigidity, ensuring that the machine tool has high machining accuracy and long-term accuracy retention.

Optional overall 75° inclined bed machine tool, equipped with a vertical and horizontal center frame, the center of the spindle is closer to the operator, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces and chip removal.
