2.Cabinet Features

Dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.

3. Cabinet Instructions

This cabinet is 1000mm Wide and 1000mm Deep and 2000mm High . This cabinet is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 5G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

4.Optional Accessories

● Cooling solution: We adopt Air conditioner to control temperature ensuring the best working condition inside the cabinet.

● Strong rack inside to be equipped with telecom equipments, power source, temperature control device and other attachments.
● Power distribution unit: can meet the requirements of power system normal operation and equipments maintenance
●Sensors: can monitor internal temperature,humidity,door opened state which based on customer's request.
● Light: two piece LED tube light is for lighting insde and fixed on the top cover.
● Digital display the temperature-setting, temperature alarm, temperature parameters inside and outside, and all kinds of other alarm information, etc.

5.Cabinet Features

-Ingress protection is IP56, we can provide IP56 cabinet based on client’s actual.

-Made of Stainless Steel for better corrosion resistance.

-Front door use standard three-point anti-theft lock. The door lock forms an upper, middle and lower three-point locking structure. For the cabinet with large area, the locking effect is safe and reliable.

-It is installed in the ground root or above ground column base system by "direct burying"

-Standard 19 inch mounting posts.

-Doors secured with steel dead locking system lock (support PADLOCK)

-Cable entry is via the base as standard with side or roof entry available upon request.

6. Cabinet Introduction

• Cabinet Structure

The cabinet includes 19” equipment installation rack. The cabinet includes two air conditioners, one installed on front door and one installed on rear door.

• Cabinet Door and Lock

The cabinet includes one front door and one rear door. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock. Each cabinet door include open door sensor, working together with the environment monitoring unit.

• Cabinet load bearing: ≥700kg
• Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
• Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
• Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.
• Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
