CK61125 Horizontal Automatic Turning Machine Flat Bed Cnc Lathe Machine
Horizontal metal turning CNC lathe basic machine introduction:
1.Spindle bearings adopts domestic famous-brand company products;
2.The bed is adopted high strength cast iron, after 3 time
tempering, so that it has high rigidity and vibration resistance;
3.With electrical turret, it can achieve high positioning, fast
speed for toolchange and high performance;
4.With feeding motor and leadscrew for type of direct connection,
it can assure the machining precision and positioning accuracy.
5.Headstock takes symmetrical structure to make thermal deformation
be even, avoiding the spindle center generates offsets.
6.Headstock adopts oil bath circulating lubrication to reduce
thermal deformation;
7.Frond end of the spindle adopts three-supporting structure of
two-way angular in touch with the ball bearing to improve its
accuracy and enhance its rigidity;
8.Gears in headstock and guide way are processed by quenching to
ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
9.Complete closed cover can protect the iron scraps splashing out.
