Titanium elbows are a great solution for tough, high-temperature and corrosive environments. They can be produced in three different angles: 45, 90 and 180 degrees. These angles are important when changing the direction of the fluid flow, as the pressure experienced by the fluid will vary depending on the angle.
To ensure quality and reliability, titanium elbows need to conform to ASME B16.9 standard. This standard is used for producing and testing welded butt-fittings. All titanium elbows that follow this standard will undergo strict testing to verify that they are able to handle the pressure and temperature of different applications.
