Introduction:

This machine is a automatic PCB separating machine, it equipped with the automatic board feeding system, adopt the upper circular blade and bottom linear blade combination, during the separating, the PCB will keep fixed, and the circular will moving to finish the depaneling process.

The traditional blade moving PCB separating machine requires manual placement, positioning, time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the production efficiency is low.

This device has been upgraded to the automatic feeding, which is controlled by microcomputer and can customized the moving distance based on the size of the PCB boards. Without manual positioning, it also can connect to the board loading machine, saving labor, improving board separation efficiency and higher degree of automation.
