Characteristics:

• It is convenient for workers to put up the paper roll through Hydraulic Paper Stand;
• Glue system can glue the core paper;
• Gluing roller lift pneumatically, makes the glue homogeneous;
• Honeycomb shorten after stretch: For cell 6, 80%; for cell 8 and cell 10, 78%; for cell 12 and bigger, 75%;

Details of each section

• Hydraulic Paper Reel Stand
  Mother paper roll width: 2000mm
  Mother paper roll diameter: 1500mm
  Max. mother paper roll weight: 2500KG
  Core diameter: 76mm (3”)
  Tension control: Controlled by pneumatic brake
  Arm up/down: Driven by hydrocylinder
  
• Gluing unit A1, B1, A2, B2
  Gluing method: roller gluing
  Glue consumption control: Control with screw pump
  Glue supply method: Glue supplied by pneumatic pump
  Two sets of three layer gluing unit (A1 & A2) + two sets of double layer gluing unit (B1 & B2) can allow customer making FOUR types of cell sizes without change gluing rollers

• Belt compressing unit
  Top and bottom use nitrile rubber belt and work with 12 pcs pressing rolls
  Entrance installed carry-over pinch roll, lift/down driven by air cylinder
  Unit length: 3500mm

• Chamber drying unit
  Double layer thermal insulation
  Heating method: IR heating from both top and bottom
  Temperature adjusting range: 0-120℃
  Chamber length: 4000mm
  Heating purpose 1: remove some moisture
  Heating purpose 2: heating the glue to make paper glued quickly
  Power: 28KW

• Top layer gluing unit
  Two sets gluing rolls installed on this unit, easy for changing. When machine stops, paper will be separated from the gluing roll automatically
  Manual adjust glue volume
  Surface of gluing roller and glue doctor roller coated hard chromium and ground with high accuracy
  Each gluing roll’s lateral position can be adjusted as per different cell size
  Independent frequency converter is used to adjust running speed
  Glue tank is made with stainless steel

• Horizontal core cutter
  Top pressing wheel are pneumatic control;
  Max. cutting width: 2000mm
  Two types of pressing rolls are installed, can do choosing through air cylinder
  Thickness of core is digital display;
  Cutting precision is +/-0.1mm;
  Working speed: 0-800 cut/min

• Honeycomb core stacker
  Adopt nitrile rubber belt to conveying finished paper honeycomb core
  PLC control, frequency converter adjut conveying speed
  Output point height: 1200mm
