Grain is easy to mold in rain season or summer.

Rice dryer tower is to dry wheat, corn, rice and other grains continuously with low temperature to ensure that the moisture content of grain can meet the safe storage or processing requirement.Its advantage is of large output at most 500 tons per day.

1. Adopting low-temperature mixed-flow drying, continuous grain dryer can heat grain evenly so the quality of dried grain is good.
2.Using husk, firewood, straw as fuel, adopting indirect heating which is non-pollution and can remove dust at the same time.

3.Grain Temperature Sensor; Fault Alarm; Full Load Buzzer; Over-temperature Alarm; Thermal-over Relay; the complete process is controlled automatically
4.The dryer includes hot air system, air supply system, feeding device, lifting device, grain drainage device, dust removal system

Coal, rice husk, straw, wood, biomass particles and other fuels are burned to produce hot air. The hot air is filtered then enters into the drying tower uniformly in a spiral shape by an induced draft fan. The grains can evaporate 95%-98% of the water in the hot air stream in an instant, and the drying time is only a few seconds. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom by the LPG series high-speed centrifugal sprayer,the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.
