Verification of wear resistance of filter element

In May 2020, a filter element wear resistance test platform was set up, and 6 φ 40 × 250 filter elements from different production batches were taken for wear resistance test by simulating ternary precursor particles with 5-10 μ m quartz sand.

Since the simulation test started running in June 2020, no metal foreign matter has been detected in the simulation medium, and the weight of the filter element has not attenuated.

Indicate:

1. The stirring speed is 90rpm;

2. The content of particulate matter in liquid medium is 400g/L;

3. Continuous operation.

Accuracy contrast test

Under the same conditions, the accuracy test results of metal filter and PE filter are respectively verified as metal filter

Core filtration effect is better than PE filter core, and the interception rate of particulate matter is higher

2. The filtering accuracy is 0.2 μm;
