YD series single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps have pumping speeds from 20 to 1,600 m3· and ultimate pressures as low as 0.3 hPa. They are commonly used in many industrial and research environments. They can operate as stand-alone pumps or integrated into a unit. With the appropriate accessories, these pumps can also be suitable for applications under the harshest operating conditions, i.e. operating at high inlet pressures and in recirculating mode. The oil mist filter, oil return system and vacuum safety valve are integrated as standard components. In addition to preventing contamination of the atmospheric environment, they also protect pumps and systems. Gas ballast valves vent water vapor and other process vapors.
