The cold box is one of the key pieces of equipment in an air
separation plant. Therefore, cryogenic separation is a must for all

box is one of the main equipment for low temperature separation.
It mainly consists of two parts: one is the huge steel shell
insulation box, and the other is the internal core aluminum
plate-fin heat exchanger.
There are three technical keys, including heat transfer calculation
and mechanical structure design and hydraulic calculation. The
three need to be closely coordinated to meet the process
requirements and to achieve high efficiency, pressure resistance,
material saving, compactness, low flow resistance and low heat
(cooling) loss.
