Q3: Can you do customized design and size?

A3: Yes, ODM & OEM service are available. Please just send us the details of products ,we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples
for you ASAP.

Q4: How can I get some samples?
A4: Stock samples are free. Lead time: 2-3 days.The freight of express parcel is on buyer's account.
Customized samples: about 7-10 days.Need to bear the sample fee and freight.

Q5: How long is your production lead time?
A5: That depends on the specific products and your order quantity.Normally ,the lead time for a 2 feet container load will be within 20 days .

Q6: Can you send products to my country?
A6: Sure, we can ,We can help you if you don't have own shipping forwarder agent.

Q7: How about the payment terms?
A7: By T/T , 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.
