Maintenance method

1. Whether it is a large excavation or a small excavation, try to walk as short a distance as possible. Long-term walking distance will damage the running wheels of the excavator. When walking, try to make the road as flat as possible, especially if you often walk uphill and have a slow gear. You must use slow gear, and use hooks when necessary. Don't let the walking have too much compound, which will hurt the walking.

2. The planetary gearbox must be filled with gear oil. After the first use, the gear oil should be replaced every three months. After that, the gear oil should be replaced every one year according to different working conditions. After the traveling motor has been running for a period of time, the back cover of the gear box should be removed, the wear of the gear box should be checked regularly, and maintenance should be carried out in a timely manner.

3. During the operation of the traveling motor, the working conditions of the system oil circuit and motor gear oil should be frequently checked. If any abnormal increase in system pressure, leakage of the traveling motor, abnormal temperature rise, vibration noise or abnormal pressure pulsation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately. Find out the cause and repair it in time.

4. When the excavator's traveling motor is weak or there is an abnormality in the system, it should be stopped immediately and check whether the leakage of the hydraulic motor is normal. If there is a large amount of leakage, it means that the hydraulic motor is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.

5. It is recommended that after the excavator traveling motor has been working continuously for 1-2 hours, it should be shut down for about 15 minutes.

6. A safety valve is installed in the circuit that drives the traveling motor. If the hydraulic motor is a radial piston motor, its overflow pressure setting value does not exceed 22MPa. If the hydraulic motor is a cycloid hydraulic motor, its overflow pressure does not exceed 17MPa. The plunger The set pressure of the motor relief valve can reach about 35Mpa according to the requirements of the host equipment.

7. The center position function of the steering control reversing valve that controls the travel hydraulic circuit must be "Y" type or "H" type.

8. If the hydraulic oil is too dirty, it will affect the service life of the excavator's traveling motor.
