Vacuum feeder, also known as vacuum conveyor, is a dust-free closed pipeline

conveying equipment that uses vacuum suction to transport particles and powdery

materials. It utilizes the pressure difference between vacuum and environmental

space to form gas flow inside the pipeline, driving the movement of powdery

materials and completing the transportation of powders. Vacuum conveying is a

closed pipeline conveying method that can eliminate dust environmental pollution,

improve the working environment, reduce environmental and personnel pollution of

materials, and improve cleanliness; Due to pipeline transportation, it occupies a

small space and can complete powder transportation in narrow spaces, making the

workspace beautiful and generous; Especially not limited by long or short distances.

At the same time, vacuum feeding machines can reduce manual labor intensity and

improve work efficiency; It is the preferred transportation method for the vast majority

of powder materials.

The vacuum loader is composed of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, stainless steel

suction nozzle, conveying steel wire flexible hose, PE filter device, compressor

back-blowing air bag, pneumatic loading door equipment, and vacuum hopper material

level automatic control equipment. The entire control system is designed to be and is

manufactured with precision.

When the vacuum loader is working, it uses a vortex pump to create a vacuum inside,

causing the inlet of the suction nozzle and the of the loader to be in a negative

pressure state. The powder material is drawn into the suction nozzle along with the

external gas, creating a material-air whirlwind travels through the suction pipe to the

hopper. In the hopper, the gas and material are separated. The separated material

automatically falls due to its own weight is collected in the material bin. When

discharging, the pneumatic three-way valve closes, and the material bin door

automatically opens. The material falls into the's hopper, and at the same time, the

back-blow air bag automatically cleans the filter, causing the attached material to fall

off along with the material, completing the discharge.
