The drive shaft of a car is a key component in the transmission
system, used to transmit power, connect the gearbox (or transfer
case) with the drive axle, and in four-wheel drive models, it is
also responsible for connecting the front and rear drive axles.
Structural composition: It is mainly composed of universal joints
(such as cross shaft type, constant velocity universal joints,
etc.), telescopic sleeves (to adapt to changes in wheelbase), and
shaft tubes. Some models are equipped with intermediate support
bearings to reduce vibration.
Power transmission
The torque output by the differential is transmitted to the driving
wheels to drive the vehicle forward.
When the vehicle is turning, adjust the speed difference between
the left and right wheels in coordination with the differential to
ensure pure rolling of the wheels and reduce tire wear.
