The CNC single-column vertical lathe is versatile for machining ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and some non-metallic materials. It can perform operations such as turning end faces, internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and hole drilling, expanding, and reaming. The main transmission is driven by an AC servo motor on the spindle, with hydraulic gear changes and two-gear stepless speed regulation. The worktable features a manual 4-jaw single movement chuck.

Vertical lathe is widely applicable in the field of mechanical processing and can be used for both internal and external cylindrical and conical surfaces, as well as for facing, cutting, and other coarse and fine turning processes. The workbench adopts a hydrostatic guideway, and the main shaft is equipped with high-precision NN30 type (D) double row cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring a large carrying capacity and high rotary precision. The electrical components of the machine tool are sourced from reputable domestic brands, ensuring high reliability. The machine itself is manufactured using a high-quality EPC process, undergoing annealing aging treatment, resulting in a beautiful and durable appearance.
