---After price confirmation, you can request for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide the sample for free, you only pay for the express freight.

---We can make the hologram in hot stamping hologram(with no adhesive) and hologram sticker with adhesive.

Q 5: Can you make the hologram sticker more security?
---Yes,We can make the hologram sticker with more antifake features,such as with unique number, serial number, QR code, scratch off, tamperproof, leave VOID, leave honeycomb, one time use.etc.

Q 6: Can we get some samples before order?
---Yes,similar samples are available and it can be sent to you free charges,but pls help to bear the shipping cost.

Q 7: Which format file do you need?
---AI, PSD, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFP, JPG, PNG etc. We will check and revise it according to the printing requirements and send back to you for approval before production.

Q 8: What would be the sample time, sample cost, and production time?
---Usually, the samples will be finished within 3-5 work days. Sample will be charged based on your artwork and packaging details. Our common production time should be 10-14 work days! But if the order is in urgent, we can adjust the time and make it in 5 work days!

Q 9: What about your terms of payment?
---We accept Paypal,West Union, T/T, and other can be dicussed. As a rule, we ask for a 30% down payment befor production, and the other 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
