Stainless steel bars can be manufactured using three main processes:

Hot-rolled stainless steel round bars are typically produced in diameters ranging from 5.5 mm to 250 mm.

Small bars (5.5–25 mm) are often supplied in straight strips and commonly used as steel bars, bolts, and mechanical components.

Larger bars (above 25 mm) are mainly used for machinery manufacturing or as billets for seamless steel tubes.
