Filling Process

The bottles are positioned on the oscillating conveyor system and guided to the positioning disk. Once in place, the positioning disk drives the bottle forward intermittently to the filling station. The filling is carried out using a peristaltic pump, which draws liquid through a silicone tube. The filling needle moves up and down automatically to dispense the liquid into the bottle, completing a full cycle with each upward and downward motion.

Capping Process

After the bottle is filled, it moves to the capping station where the plug is placed inside the bottle. The positioning disc then guides the bottle to the capping mechanism. The screw cap is applied through a cylinder-driven process, where the cap is securely placed by rotating the screw lid. The capping mechanism adjusts the torque based on the bottle cap and bottle thread to ensure proper sealing without over-tightening. This ensures a perfect fit, avoiding any damage to the cap or bottle.
