The FYS fluoroplastic acid-resistant pump is vertical single-stage
single-suction centrifugal
pump. It is used to pump corrosive liquid without solid particles which
is hard to crystallize. The temperature of pumped liquids range
from -20ºC to 150ºC. Its working parts are submerged in liquids,
shaft seal has no leakage. It has advantages such as small area
occupation, reliable operation, easy maintenance and strong
corrosion resistance.
Main Features:
The FYS type corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a vertical
structure. The pump body and impeller are partially immersed in the liquid, so it occupies a small area and the shaft seal has no
leakage, so it is suitable for corrosive liquids with a temperature of -5 ºC -105 ºC . The steering of the pump should be started in
the direction indicated by the pump. Can not run in reverse, the pump body is submerged in liquid when starting. A: Reinforced
polypropylene.C: Polyvinylidene fluoride. D: Fluoroplastic alloy.
Applications
The FYS pump is widely used to pump all kinds of clean liquids,
particle free or little partile liquids, neutral or strong
corrosive liquids. It is mainly used in industries and fields of
oil refinery, petrochemical engineering, coal chemical industry,
power plant, environmental protection engineering, waste water
treatment and cement plants etc.
The FYS type corrosion-resistant submerged pump can transport acids, alkalis, salts, oils, beverages and other media.
