The working principle of the K7V63DTP-9N0E hydraulic pump is to convert mechanical energy

into hydraulic energy, pressurize the liquid (usually hydraulic oil) through pressure,

and deliver it to the hydraulic system.

Basic Overview

Drive device: The drive device is usually powered by an electric motor, which drives the piston

or blade of the pump body through a connecting rod, so that the pump body produces periodic pressure changes.
Pump body structure: The pump body contains multiple plungers and plunger sleeves,

and the plunger moves up and down through the rotation of the crankshaft.
Inlet and outlet valves: The inlet and outlet valves are key components for controlling the flow of liquid.

When the piston moves toward the inside of the pump body, the inlet valve opens and the liquid

is sucked into the pump chamber; when the piston moves toward the outside of the pump body,

the inlet valve closes, the outlet valve opens, and the liquid is discharged.

Working process

the volume in the pump chamber decreases, the pressure increases,

and the liquid is discharged through the outlet valve.
One-way flow: Through the control of the inlet and outlet valves,

the reciprocating motion of the liquid in the pump chamber is realized, thus forming a one-way flow of the liquid.
