The working principle of PVC90 Gear Pump is to convert the mechanical energy generated by the rotation

of the gear into hydraulic energy, thereby realizing the suction and discharge of the liquid.

Basic Overview

Structural composition: PVC90 Gear Pump is mainly composed of two gears of the same size,

a pump body and front and rear covers. The two gears mesh and rotate with each other

in a tightly fitting housing to form an internal space similar to the shape of an "8".
Working principle: When the gear rotates, the space volume on the gear disengagement side changes

from small to large, forming a vacuum, sucking the liquid; while the space volume

on the gear meshing side changes from large to small, thereby squeezing the liquid into the pipeline.

Working process

Suction process: During the suction process, as the gear rotates, the space volume

on the gear disengagement side gradually increases, the pressure decreases,

and a negative pressure is formed, so that the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber.
Discharge process: During the discharge process, as the gear rotates further, the space volume

on the gear meshing side gradually decreases, the pressure increases,

and the liquid is squeezed out of the pump chamber and sent to the discharge pipeline.
