No. The NAC3FCB female connector is designed as an inlet only. For power-through applications, you would need a cable with two NAC3FCA male connectors.
Is this cable suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, when properly supported. The EPDM jacket provides UV resistance, but direct burial is not recommended unless specified with additional waterproofing.
