Introduction:

This machine is utilized for cutting FR4, aluminum boards, copper boards, and fiberglass boards. It employs high-quality and durable linear guillotine blades powered by pneumatics. By stepping on the foot switch, operators can complete the depaneling operation.

Designed specifically to separate pre-scored panel boards with care, the straight knife type separator machines ensure that there is no bending or tension stress during the process. This careful separation protects even sensitive SMD components, such as ceramic capacitors, from damage, thereby enhancing product quality.

6. For PCBs or thin plates without V-grooves, customized trays and positioning devices can be provided to prevent displacement during operation.

7. Both skilled and unskilled personnel can easily operate and maintain this machine.
