Features:

The shell of our product has a strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance. This is due to the plastic spraying process or embossed aluminum plate, which is spray-painted with plastic on the surface.

The coil is arranged in a novel way to reduce wind side resistance. The copper tube is attached to the fin by mechanical expansion after the sheet is installed. This can reduce the contact thermal resistance and improve the heat transfer efficiency.

After the product is pressure tested, trichloroethylene is used to clean the tube and remove the oil, moisture, and oxide scale. This ensures the product is clean and ready for use.

A low power consumption and low noise fan motor is selected. It has a large air volume and a long range to ensure normal operation under humid and low temperature conditions.

We use a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube which is strong and well-insulated. The electric heating tube is inserted into the coil, and the spacing distribution and power design are reasonable. Overall, the defrosting time is short and the effect is good.

The slot-type hanger is used for easy lifting, making it convenient to transport and install the product.

Before leaving the factory, all products are nitrogen-filled and pressure-maintained, ensuring they are of the highest quality possible.

Applications:

There are different types of cold storage options available that cater to the varying storage temperature requirements of different types of products. For example, the DL type of cold storage is most suitable for products that need to be stored at a temperature of around 0℃. These products can include fresh eggs and vegetables.

On the other hand, the DD type of cold storage is ideal for products that require a much lower storage temperature, around -18℃, such as frozen meat and fish for refrigeration.

In addition to the above, another type of cold storage that is commonly used is the DJ type. This type of cold storage is suitable for products that require a very low storage temperature of about -25℃. Its main purpose is to facilitate quick freezing of meat and fresh fish products or prepared foods.
