What is manufacturing process of serrated finned tubes?

• The manufacturing process of serrated finned tubes is similar to that of high-frequency welded spiral finned tubes, with the difference being that the serrated finned tube requires local cutting of the strip material before winding. During winding, the cut parts naturally separate to form a gear shape. This design not only simplifies the winding process and reduces deformation but also ensures tight bonding, high strength, good resistance to thermal and mechanical vibrations, excellent thermal expansion performance, low flow loss, and strong corrosion resistance.
